Services

Full payment for any service is due upon completion of the work performed. Your prompt attention to this matter is greatly appreciated and helps ensure a smooth continuation of our professional relationship. Payment through Venmo, Zelle, Apple Pay, cash or check is accepted.

classes

A full payment prior to any class is required to reserve your seat and is non refundable. If you are unable to attend, the payment paid in full can be used towards another class (if you host or another friend/family member hosts a class) or towards any beauty or skin service on the menu. Thank you.

bridal and wedding party package policy

Upon booking for your special day, 50% of the total package will be due and will be non refundable. The second half of the total along with a possible travel fee (if outside of South Orange County, California) will be due the day of your wedding day.

cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. This allows Kelly to offer the slot to another client. If you cancel 24 hours before your appointment, a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost will apply. If you do not show up and something else comes up the day of appointment, without prior notice, the full service cost will be charged. In case of emergency or unexpected circumstances, please contact Kelly as soon as possible to discuss alternative arrangements.
